NEIMS certificates are designed to make course completion clear, verifiable, and course-specific.

Certificate of Completion

NEIMS certificates are designed to document the learner name, course title, course version, completion date, credit amount, approval details where applicable, signature blocks, and verification code.

QR-supported verification through Vital Deploy is planned as part of the certificate verification workflow.

Course version

Certificates are designed to preserve the course version completed by the learner.

Credit details

Credit and approval information appears only where applicable to the specific course.

Signature blocks

Instructor/coordinator, lead instructor, and medical director signature areas are supported where course rules require them.

Vital Deploy certificate support: Vital Deploy also supports instructor/coordinator-issued certificates for courses delivered through the platform. Those certificates use the Vital Deploy mark and the issuing instructor/coordinator identity rather than the NEIMS seal.
